Shipping policy
Processing and Production Times:
Lead Times will vary. Processing times are the length of time it takes for the placed order to be fulfilled. This is separate of shipping times.
Shipping information will be sent to the customer at the end of the processing time.
Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time start their processing period the next business day.
Northwind does not process on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Shipping time selected applies to the amount of time the package takes to arrive once it leaves our warehouse. Northwind still requires processing time before an order ships.
Northwind is not responsible for lost items marked delivered by USPS.
Shipping rates are based on time, weight and location. All shipping times are estimates and can not be guaranteed.
