Refund policy


Returns/Refunds:

  • Returns are eligible up to 30 days after delivery date.
  • Refunds are eligible up to 45 days after purchase date. 
  • Items found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival will have shipping cost covered by Northwind.
  • Returns due to sizing or other will be at the cost of the customer.
  • All custom items are not eligible for returns.
